A licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy leads every session — body mechanics done right.
Your supervising RN signs, or we provide RN sign-off per certificate. Either way, covered.
Rosters, objectives, and proof of hours, mapped to Arkansas's required topics.
Twelve CEU hours built around the three things aides do every shift — and the three things that get them and your clients hurt when done wrong. Online modules check a box. We build the skills.

Every session comes with the documentation a surveyor expects to see, ready to drop into each employee file:
We tailor the program to your agency's in-service plan and current Arkansas Department of Health requirements.

Nearly every way an aide or a client gets hurt — a bad lift, a missed transfer, a fall, a pressure injury from poor positioning — is a movement problem. Physical therapists are doctoral-trained, licensed specialists in exactly that: safe patient handling, transfer and gait training, fall-risk reduction, positioning, and matching the right equipment to the right body. Caregiver education isn't adjacent to PT practice — it's squarely inside it.
Dr. Redden earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy at NYU and has spent 13 years specializing in musculoskeletal injury and transfer training. Before she was a therapist, she was a CNA and phlebotomist — she has done the job your aides do, and teaches like someone who remembers what a double shift feels like.
She has served as an adjunct instructor in Howard University's DPT program, trained in wound care at Beth Israel Hospital, practiced vestibular physical therapy in an ENT office treating positional vertigo and other balance pathologies, and is a certified first responder. Every Viridian Firm session is taught by her personally — never outsourced, never pre-recorded.
The core of your 12 hours — lifting mechanics, transfer technique, injury prevention — taught by a specialist who treats these injuries when they happen.
She's been on your aides' side of the bed. Training lands differently when the instructor has done the work — not just studied it.
Years treating dizziness and balance disorders in an ENT practice inform the fall-prevention hours — because many falls start with a balance problem nobody caught.
Hospital wound-care training underpins the skin integrity, positioning, and pressure-injury prevention module your aides receive.
She has taught movement science to doctoral students. Your aides get the same instructor, translated to the bedside.
Emergency preparedness and recognizing decline are taught by someone certified to respond when things go wrong — not just lecture about it.
